Ronald A. Cohen Ronald A. Cohen, D.O., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Cohen graduated from Washington and Jefferson College and attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine for his medical training. His Cardiology Fellowship was performed at Deborah Hospital. Dr. Cohen has served as the President-Elect of the New Jersey State Osteopathic Society.


 

Steven D. DaTorre Steven D. DaTorre, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Dr. DaTorre graduated from Rutgers University with Phi Beta Kappa honors. He attended Hahnemann University School of Medicine where he received his M.D. with distinction and was a resident at Johns Hopkins Hospital. After completing his Cardiology Fellowship at Barnes Hospital/Washington University School of Medicine, he has been assistant Professor of Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.


 

Richard A. Dickstein Richard A. Dickstein, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Dickstein received his undergraduate degree at NYU in New York City. He attended The University of Louisville School of Medicine and performed his Cardiology Fellowship at Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, New York.


 

Scott Fertels Scott Fertels, D.O., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Fertels received his undergraduate training at Ithaca College and graduated from Drexel University with a M.S. in Biology. He earned his D.O. degree from UMDNJ School of Osteopathic Medicine and performed his Cardiology and Interventional Fellowships at Thomas Jefferson University.

Dr. Fortino graduated from Bucknell University with a Cum Laude distinction. He received his M.D. degree from Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine where he was a member of the AOA Honor Society. His Cardiology Fellowship was performed at Hahnemann University.

Dr. Gelernt attended Yale University as an undergraduate where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. He received his M.D. degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and his Cardiology Fellowship was performed at St. Luke's Hospital Center in New York City.


 

Sanford J. Gips Sanford J. Gips, M.D., F.A.C.C., F.S.C.A.I.
Dr. Gips graduated from The University of Michigan with Magna Cum Laude distinction. He received his M.D. and cardiology training from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. While there, Dr. Gips was a member of the AOA Honor Society and the recipient of the Upjohn Award for Clinical Excellence.


 

Kartik S. Giri Kartik S. Giri, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Giri graduated from The Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA, with Summa Cum laude distinction. He graduated from Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, PA, with Cum Laude distinction. He completed his residency and cardiology fellowship at University of Michigan Medical Center, Ann Arbor, MI. He continued at University of Michigan Medical Center and completed a fellowship in interventional cardiology.


 

Michael B. Herlich Michael B. Herlich, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Herlich graduated from Muhlenberg College with Summa Cum Laude distinction. He was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society as well. He attended Hahnemann University for his medical training and was a member of the AOA Honor Society. His Cardiology Fellowship was performed at Presbyterian-University of Pennsylvania Medical Center.

Dr. Kaddissi graduated from Central College, Jounieh, Lebanon. He received his M.D. degree from St. Joseph's University - School of Medicine, Beirut, Lebanon. He completed his internship and residency at Hotel Dieu de France Hospital, Beirut, Lebanon, and at Cooper Hospital- University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ, Camden, NJ. He completed his fellowship in cardiology at Cooper Hospital - University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ, Camden, NJ, and continued there to complete a fellowship in interventional cardiology.


 

Jeffrey H. Kramer Jeffrey H. Kramer, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Kramer received his undergraduate degree from Amherst College and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. He attended NYU School of Medicine. His Cardiology Fellowship was also performed at NYU School of Medicine.

Dr. Leavy received his undergraduate training at Franklin and Marshall College. He graduated with an M.D. degree from the University of Chicago and performed his Cardiology Fellowship at Columbia University in New York City.

Dr. Levi graduated from SUNY at Albany with Magna Cum Laude distinction. He graduated from University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine with an M.D. He completed his residency and cardiology fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He continued at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and completed a fellowship in electrophysiology.


 

George Mark George Mark, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Mark graduated from Wesleyan University with a degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry and received his medical degree from Temple University. Dr. Mark remained at Temple for his residency in Internal Medicine, where he served for a year as Chief Medical Resident. Dr. Mark completed his fellowship training in Cardiovascular Diseases and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.


 

Jeffrey O. Ogbara Jeffrey O. Ogbara, M.D.
Dr. Ogbara received his M.D. degree from Brown University. He completed Internal Medicine Residency and fellowship training in Cardiovascular Diseases at the University of Pennsylvania where he served as Chief Cardiology Fellow. He continued at the University of Pennsylvania and completed fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology.


 

Andreas C. Pavlides Andreas C. Pavlides, M.D.
Dr. Pavlides received his undergraduate degree in General Science from Rutgers University. He earned his M.D. from Hahnemann School of Medicine, where he also completed his fellowship in Cardiology.


 

Annie M. Peter Annie M. Peter, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Peter received her undergraduate training at Fordham University. She graduated with an M.D. degree from New York Medical College and performed her Cardiology Fellowship at UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.


 

Rafeq Zahi Zahi Rafeq, M.D.
Dr. Rafeq graduated with an M.D. from Damascus University, Syria. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. After spending one year at Boston University where he trained in heart failure management, he returned to the University of Massachusetts for cardiology training, where he remained to complete his interventional cardiology fellowship.

Dr. Rosenberg attended Brown University for his undergraduate education as well as medical school. He performed his Cardiology Fellowship at Presbyterian-University of Pennsylvania Medical Center.


 

Deborah Sambucci Deborah Sambucci, D.O.
Dr. Sambucci received her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Rutgers University. She earned her D.O. from UMDNJ School of Osteopathic Medicine, where she continued her training as an Internal Medicine Resident. Dr. Sambucci has completed fellowships in both Critical Care and Cardiology and was Chief Cardiology Fellow.


 

Barry E. Shapiro Barry E. Shapiro, D.O.
Dr. Shapiro graduated with a B.S. in Microbiology and an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University. He received his D.O. degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and did his fellowship in cardiology at the Graduate Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine.


 

Steven E. Silver Steven E. Silver, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Silver graduated from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Sciences, Philadelphia, Pa with Summa Cum Laude distinction. He received his M.D. from Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, PA, with Summa Cum Laude distinction. He completed his internship and residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA, and continued there to complete a fellowship in cardiology.


 

Neal Skop Neal F. Skop, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Skop graduated from the University of Florida in Gainesville. He received his M.D. from the University of Florida College of Medicine, where he completed his internship and residency training at the University of Florida's Shands Hospital. He completed his fellowship in cardiology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Skop is board certified in internal medicine, cardiology, and nuclear cardiology and has a special interest in non-invasive imaging and echocardiography.


 

Harvey A. Snyder Harvey A. Snyder, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Snyder is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. He attended Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and performed a Cardiology Fellowship at The Hospital of The University of Pennsylvania.


 

Daniel Tarditi Daniel Tarditi, D.O., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Tarditi graduated from Bucknell University, Lewisburg, PA, with a B.S. degree in Biology. He received his D.O. degree from UMDNJ School of Osteopathic Medicine. He was selected as chief resident during his internal medicine training and chief cardiology fellow during his fellowship at Cooper University Hospital, Camden, NJ.

Dr. Verma graduated from the University of California with a B.A. in Biology and Political Science. He received his M.D. degree from Saba University School of Medicine, Netherlands-Ant. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, Farmington, CT. He completed his fellowships in cardiology and interventional cardiology at Cooper University Hospital - University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, Camden, NJ.


 

Dilip B. Viswanath Dilip B. Viswanath, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Viswanath graduated from New York University. His M.D. degree was awarded from Albany Medical College. A Cardiology Fellowship was performed at Thomas Jefferson University. He was a research Scientist at the National Institutes of Health, Bethesda.


 

Andrew Zinn Andrew Zinn, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Zinn graduated from Emory University with Phi Beta Kappa honors. He earned his medical degree from New York University, graduating first in his class with AOA distinction. Dr. Zinn remained at NYU for his residency and chief residency in internal medicine, as well as fellowships in general and interventional cardiology. Dr. Zinn has published articles on the optimal treatment of diabetes in coronary heart disease and also on optimal adjunctive medical therapy during catheterization procedures.


 

Josh A. Ginsberg Josh A. Ginsberg, Executive Director
Mr. Ginsberg graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Legal Studies. He attended Temple University's Fox School of Business and Management where he earned an MBA in Healthcare Management and an MS in Healthcare Financial Management. Prior to joining CADV in 2006, Mr. Ginsberg served for ten years as Administrative Director for the Divisions of Endocrinology and Neurology at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
